Dr Jewell MD talks to Guru Ramesh on Cancer, Yoga and Happiness

Dr Jewell MD recently interviewed celebrity Guru Yogi Ramesh on how to prevent or reduce the risk of getting cancers by incorporating yoga, meditation into our lives. They discussed the importance of removing stress and incorporating laughing into our daily lives which can contribute significantly to improving our well being, health and happiness.

Dr Jewell emphasized the importance of diet and nutrition as another factor to maintaining a healthy body, mind and spirit. Guru Ramesh demonstrates the proper way to breath, using techniques such as DEEP Breathing or PACE Breathing, in order for the body to take in maximum amount of oxygen to vitalize the body’s organs, bloodstream, and mind thus allowing for maximum exchange and removal of toxic wastes, like carbon dioxide, from the body with full exhalation.
